Bronzene is a substance carried in liposomes that help it penetrate the skin in such a way that the melanocytes, on receiving additional tyrosine, activate the continuous enzymatic synthesis of melanin and thus increase its production over a constant time span that is measured in hours, it is not momentary as that triggered by exposure to the sun.
In other words Bronzene keeps melanocytes active to produce melanin till the following exposure and thus accelerate the tanning process. Bronzene prolongs the process of tanning after exposure to the sun by as much as 70%.
