The distinguishing element of skin losing its elasticity is the reduced thickness of the derma. This causes the skin to stretch, with folds and sags appearing.
Drawing inspiration from cosmetic medicine, effective aesthetically but very invasive, Labo has developed a cosmetic lift treatment that focuses on restoring the lost cutaneous support of the derma, precisely because the most important factor contributing to this problem is the reduced derma thickness.
Liftene includes 3 active ingredients able to increase derma thickness and restore its network of fibres responsible for the tone and elasticity of the skin. By filling in the derma, the tissues return to their natural tautness. Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 is a synthetic peptide that increases collagen production by the fibroblasts. Lactulene is an active ingredient coming from the sea that considerably increases proliferation of the fibroblasts of the derma. RGD Polypeptides, made up of the sequence of amino acids Arginine - Glycine - Aspartic Acid, stimulates elastin production. Liftene Cosmetic Lift Treatment, in specific treatments for face, bust, abdomen, buttocks, is distributed over the areas losing their cutaneous elasticity using a glass precision-applicator with rounded metal duckbill tip (Swiss patent with international extension).
