Lifting Massage for the Abdomen
An abdomen lifting massage (which is best done lying down) involves two massaging movements with the hands spread, starting from the centre below the navel and working upwards with circular motions from the navel area to the stomach. Next, smooth the right hand outwards towards the left side (a) and viceversa (b). Repeat at least 10 times on alternate sides. The massage should last around 1 minute.
