Lifting Massage for the Bust
For a bust lifting massage, run both hands (palm and fingers) upwards from the base of the breast, massaging the outer breast area. Repeat 10 times. Carry out the same movement on the inside breast area, repeating 10 times (a). Lastly, massage the upper breast area, starting from the sternum, with diagonal outward movements towards the shoulders. Repeat 10 times (b).
The bust massage should last around 1 minute.
