Lifting Massage for Face and Neck

Neck: using the middle fingers, slide up the neck from the base to the jawbone, massaging the left and right side alternately. Repeat 5 times (a). Do the same upwards massage 5 times on the mid section of the neck from the base to below the chin, using alternate hands (b).
Lower Face: with the fingers together, run hands upwards from the chin towards the temples on alternate sides, repeating 7 times (c). Next, using index finger and thumb, gently pinch the area where cheeks and nostrils meet. Repeat 7 times (d).

Eyes: using the tip of the ring fingers (the weakest and therefore most gentle fingers) massage lightly outwards underneath each eye. Repeat 5 times. Still using the ring fingers, repeat the massage on the upper eyelids 5 times, again working outwards (e).
Forehead: relax the forehead, making sure not to frown. Using the middle fingers of both hands, massage the forehead upwards, from the eyebrows to the hairline. Repeat 7 times (f). Lastly, gently run the middle fingers from the middle of the forehead out to the temples. Repeat 7 times (g).
The facial lifting massage should last around 2 minutes.
