TRANSDERMIC TECHNOLOGY

The skin is hardly permeable. In order for Fillerina Hyaluronic Acids and functional molecules to penetrate the different cutaneous layers, Labo researchers developed a Transdermic Technology based on the very low molecular weight of the active substances. This is the fundamental condition to guarantee their penetration exclusively in the skin layers. It is precisely thanks to this controlled penetration that the active ingredients are really effective.

The percentages reported here above refer to the transdermic penetration of the Hyaluronic Acids and of the functional active molecules, in solution, after 24 hours. Transdermic penetration was made possible by new Labo technology and tested by means of Franz Cells.

Can I use Fillerina treatment on mouth's higher lip wrinkles too?

Fillerina is particularly indicated to fill expression lines: vertical wrinkles on the lips are small expression lines, which can be filled up by Fillerina Gel Filler. Its hyaluronic acids will fill the empty spaces caused by wrinkles, which will progressively appear less marked. Regarding the specific zone of lip contour, we also suggest to use Fillerina Lips & Mouth.

Can I undergo a facial cleasing or get a sunlamp during the treatment?

Sunlamps are extremely stressful for our skin, which consequently will be more inclined to dehydration and wrinkles formation. This is why, in order to promote Fillerina’s best cosmetic results, we advise not to undergo sunlamps. A frequent facial cleansing, instead, can support the deep penetration of hyaluronic acids into the skin and Fillerina’s positive effects, as the skin will be free from impurities and an excess of sebum.

Can I use Fillerina during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Fillerina can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

How old should I be to start using Fillerina?

Fillerina is a dermo-cosmetic filler treatment that can fill the wrinkles and give more volume to those areas of the face that, with the passing of time, are more subject to emptyings and, consequently, to skin sagging. For this reason, therefore, the product is suitable for people whose skin presents such kind of beauty imperfections. It is hard to fix a precise age; indicatively, it can be used since the age of 25-30.

Can I sunbathe during the treatment?

After Fillerina application you can sunbathe, it being understood that a long exposure requires the application of a suntan cream containing specific and appropriate UV protective filters and in line with your own phototype (for these needs, you can refer to our Fillerina Sun Beauty line or to the Labo Transdermic Sunscreen Fluid Base SPF 50+).

What happens if my applications of Fillerina treatment are not constant?

It is important to follow the treatment schedule and the advised conditions of use. An inconstant application of Fillerina could frustrate the awaited results.

How does the organism assimilate Fillerina?

In the course of time, skin cells metabolize Fillerina’s active ingredients, i.e. its hyaluronic acids, and use them in order to guarantee their filling action. Hyaluronic acid molecules are able to bind water molecules and to promote a progressive filling action of the skin tissue.

Could the treatment cause allergies? Does it contain nickel?

Fillerina contains only tested cosmetic ingredients, so, if you follow our recommended conditions of use, it will not cause any kind of problem. Of course, as it is a cosmetic product, we cannot totally exclude the presence of nickel: a minimal quantity of it is technically unavoidable and it usually does not provoke any kind of problem. In case of nickel allergy, we recommend the application of a small quantity of product on the internal part of the forearm or behind the ear in order to check a possible cutaneous reaction.

How should I preserve the products during the treatment?

Once opened, Fillerina Gel and Nourishing Film should be room-temperature stored, inside their original bottles, which should be closed by means of the provided tips.

Can I use Fillerina treatment on neck and cleavage too?

Fillerina Face Treatment supports the filling action on expression lines and age wrinkles of specific areas of the face, cheekbones and oval contour. If necessary, it can be used on neck and cleavage too. However, for this specific area affected by wrinkles and collapse, Labo created Fillerina Neck and Cleavage.

Why is it important to drink at least two glasses of water before the application?

Hyaluronic acid filling properties are linked to its capability to bind water molecules in the tissues. The larger the quantity of water that the hyaluronic acid binds, the more effective its capability to plump up tissues will be: this way it will fill wrinkles and empty areas of the face. By providing water to the organism, we provide water to cutaneous tissues too: this presence will be captured by Fillerina hyaluronic acid.

What do the product's different grades stand for? how to choose the most suitable one?

Fillerina’s different grades indicate different concentrations of active ingredients and the consumer will have the possibility of choosing which treatment fits best to his personal conditions concerning skin depressions (wrinkles) and volume needs (cheekbones, lips, breasts). In order to choose the most suitable grade for your needs, beyond the pharmacist's advice, Labo's experts suggest referring to the photographic scale of the 3 diversified concentrations published on the Fillerina range page.

What is the correct Fillerina method of use?

The intensive Fillerina Gel + Nourishing Film treatment is distributed on the face and neck using the patented precision applicator with a truncated end. The method of use is reported in the package leaflet as well as the various phases of Fillerina treatments.

How much time does the treatment last? What happens at the end of the treatment? Can I repeat the treatment?

Fillerina filler treatment must be used every day for 14 days. Fillerina is a cosmetic treatment based on hyaluronic acids with different molecular weights, which helps fill wrinkles, expression lines and empty areas of the face. Because of its specific nature – it is a cosmetic treatment for topical use – its effects are temporary. If you wish to maintain the achieved results, we recommend to repeat the treatment every 3-4 months. Between a cycle and the other, you can apply Fillerina Day and Night Creams.

Are there contraindicions for the use of Fillerina treatment on a skin subject to acne?

If your skin presents sebum and acne, it is advisable to apply a gentle face cleanser before Fillerina application. Our Fillerina Biorevitalizing line contains Pre-Fillerina, a specific skin cleanser for the face cleansing.

How to choose the Fillerina Breast Volume dosage?

Fillerina Breast Volume is available in different concentrations of active molecules with dosages corresponding to different types of needs. Generally for small breasts, Labo experts recommend grades 3 or 4; for an emptied breast grade 4 or 5; for breasts with ptosis (accentuated lowering) the recommended grade is 5.
